We are expanding in the Northern California East Bay market and seeking a highly motivated In-Home Sales Representative with a strong background in in-home sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing deals, building customer relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
This is an in-home sales position, where you will meet with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) to provide estimates, offer sales solutions, and help homeowners create their dream bathroom.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified appointments.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and customized solutions.
- Close deals and work toward meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Assist homeowners with financing applications and payment options.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, solar, windows, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – Ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Customer-focused mindset – Passion for home improvement and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills – Ability to work independently.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – Required for attending in-home appointments.
- Valid Home Improvement Salesperson License – Required for attending in-home appointments.
Training & Compensation
- Paid Training Program – ($1,500) Includes virtual and in-person sessions.
- Weekly Commission Pay – Earn commission the week after the project layout appointment is complete and the sale is final. No waiting for the remodel to be completed.
- 100% Commission-Based Compensation – Earn up to 15% commission per sale.
